I created a custom tool that attaches a permanent marker to my CNC machine, allowing me to draw precise traces on my handcrafted circuit boards. To ensure consistent pressure and prevent uneven lines, I added a spring mechanism that keeps the pen firmly in place. If the board isn't perfectly level, the tip may wobble or get too close to the surface, risking damage.
