CNC Cam Lever Remix

CNC Cam Lever Remix

I'm combining three designs - a CAM lever remix, a corner bracket, and a mounting point that combines a 3/4 inch "dog hole" and a 1/4 inch threaded hole - which I arranged on my CNC's spoilboard. The original CAM lever design comes from YouTube video bpJyqLoqV04. I've modified Marius Hornberger's original design to use a 19mm (3/4 inch) Poplar dowel rod from my local hardware store instead of copper pipe, and imported it into Inkscape for arrangement. My corner braces are multi-purpose, used as spacers as often as they are corner supports. The hole spacing is 80mm between centers. Finally, I've created a hole template for the combination mounts, sized for 1/4 inch threaded inserts from the hardware store and 3/4 inch dowel rods. All three designs were done in Inkscape and converted to GCode using JSCut. I've left the tabs off of the uploaded files, but they are highly recommended. The corner bracket is left un-merged in case editing is necessary. They were cut out of plywood with a 1/8 inch upcut bit.
