These two fully functional bottle openers boast a sleek, industrial design that's sure to spark conversation wherever they're placed. Whether you have similar materials on hand or need to source them separately, you can bring these designs to life using the provided g-code to cut your own or by sending the 3D model through a CAM program of your choice. Originally designed for CNC machining, they were precision-milled on the Sienci Mill One with ease. Materials needed include 1/4″ and 2.15mm thick 6061 aluminum sheets. To achieve professional-grade results, use a 1-flute end mill measuring 1/8″ or 3mm in diameter. The entire cutting process takes approximately 12 minutes for the first bottle opener and just 2 minutes for the second one.
