This CNC, though made of lightweight materials such as nylon, aluminum, and PTFE, is designed to perform tasks on iron and aluminum. Various tests were conducted, and the main bearing supported 45 kg successfully. The bearings are readily available in the market, but the gearbox was custom-designed by me; this will be the only challenge during the manufacturing process of this model.
