CNC 3020 Router Clamp (Slot Clamp)

I designed a clamp that fits snugly into the slots of my CNC 3020T desktop router. Its primary purpose is to securely hold flat materials such as PCBs and thin wood pieces, but its versatility allows for easy customization to accommodate various devices. When multiple clamps are used, they provide ample clamping pressure. Although it slides in with a bit of resistance, the clamp effectively locks into place due to friction. This locking mechanism can be achieved in two ways: either by tilting the clamp using screws at the back or by securing both the material and the clamp to the router bed's surface with multiple screws on both sides.
