It's very awkward trying to tap in a nut because the securing screws on the CNC bed aren't attached to it. The bolt holder secures the hexagonal bolt so it won't spin out of control. For laser engraving, we need to take off the motor from where the drill is mounted and slide in the laser module. If we use a laser holder, we can keep the laser and motor separate. Two sets of tiny bolts and nuts were used to minimize support for the 3D object during printing. A small screw is needed to fasten the laser holder to the CNC head. Plus, if you slap on a piece of double-sided tape gently, you can reduce minor vibration.
