Important! Before printing this, please check the spacing of your CNC X axis rods. I've added two test pieces to verify the fit before printing: one for 68mm spacing and one for 72mm spacing. I was surprised by the numerous variations in this design. If you have the 72mm version, there are two different designs; one has a recess on the right side for the X axis lead screw coupler. Another update! I finally received my new LM10uu linear bearings, and they are difficult to install, especially when making the rear part almost solid. To get enough room to press the bearings in place, I had to saw slits in the top and bottom of my first print. To make assembly easier without compromising strength, I've added v3 of the rear mount with clamps that require 8 x 20mm M5 bolts to lock the bearings in place. (Be careful not to over-tighten, as the bearings may become notchy or rough when squeezed too hard.) I highly recommend printing this version; I used 7 walls (3mm) and 60% infill with zero slop in any axis. I haven't included step files for this version. The rear mount was missing a cutout to allow the spindle motor to clear the stepper mount when raising or lowering. This issue has been fixed. Unfortunately, my CNC mount cracked at the clamping screw, so I disassembled it to create a replacement part. However, things quickly went downhill from there. My linear bearings in the main carriage were either faulty or sloppy, making it impossible to simply swap them out. Other issues included two 8mm Z axis rods that were different sizes (7.99mm and 8.05mm) and extremely tight. The LM10uu's in the main carriage were also very loose. When I removed the main carriage part, I discovered that it was cracked as well. I've ordered spare parts, but for now, please don't expect these replacement parts to be perfect. I haven't had a chance to fit my new spares yet, so please bear that in mind and consider printing a test slice a few mils thick to verify the dimensions. I've uploaded step files for anyone who wants them. Please let me know if any of the dimensions are incorrect. Also, keep in mind that my spindle motor has a metal band around it (which most seem to have), making it 45mm in diameter.
