Decided to upgrade my CNC 3018 full metal with a neje 20W laser and required a laser holder.To position the laser precisely, I chose to install end switches.I utilized square inductive switches that I had used before for auto leveling the print bed on my 3D printer for consistency and precision.Because of the extra cables to the X and Z axis carriage, I needed to install a cable chain. The cable chain is secured on the Z axis stepper with a clamp and on the X axis frame with the 'support cable chain frame'. Enjoy the works. Be kind if you download it.If you make it, upload a photo.The cable chain support also serves as the mounting for the Z axis upper limit switch.All fastening holes are designed for M3 bolts and nuts. Please use washers and spring washers to prevent the bolts from loosening due to spindle vibrations.
