Added 25 January 2020, a crucial component - the 6mm T-slot nut - was installed to securely fasten bolts provided with the CNC. As I couldn't find a suitable mini clamp for my 3018 CNC machine, I decided to create my own solution. Most users will quickly understand how to utilize these custom clamps, featuring versions designed to grip edges and corners alike. The foot of each clamp should be securely attached to the M4 bolt (25mm), ensuring stability and durability. For maximum effectiveness, the non-stepped corner with only a slot is specifically designed for flat clamping onto the spoilboard, preventing pieces from shifting during operation. Bolt sizes are carefully selected: M6 for the main clamp (original parts) and M4 to fit the foot at the rear of each clamp.
