CN Tower

thingiverse

I've always been fascinated by Toronto's tallest freestanding structure and was looking for a project to hone my Fusion 360 skills, so I designed this to-scale architectural model of the CN Tower. The entire model was created and split using Fusion 360. It's divided into pieces that don't require supports and will fit together seamlessly without glue (although hopefully it doesn't fall apart). The design is scaled down to be printable on a small Ultimaker 2 Go, but you can definitely scale it up if you prefer. I originally designed the model at almost five times its current size. If you're interested in scaling it up, take the 'CN_Tower_Base_1' file and see how large you can make it - it's the largest piece of the set. I added a single-piece file for those who want to print the entire thing at once; however, be sure to use supports for this version. I'm really proud of how this turned out, I hope you are too! If you have any questions or comments, feel free to post them below.
