CMOS NAND-Gate Transistor Model
myminifactory
Have you ever stopped to think what a processor really looks like from the inside? If you've ever worked with electronics, you're likely aware that a digital circuit is constructed from tiny building blocks known as "gates." To make designing large digital chips simpler, these gates are provided as standardized cells, which can be placed on the chip to create the desired circuit. This is a model of the most popular gate in modern CMOS technology: the NAND or AND gate with an inverted output. Check out the tech behind it on Wikipedia at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NAND_gate for more information. The physical layout used for this design can also be found on that page. If you experience any problems with the model or need adjustments made to suit your printer, just let me know!
With this file you will be able to print CMOS NAND-Gate Transistor Model with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on CMOS NAND-Gate Transistor Model.
