CMMG .22lr Anti Bounce Weight
thingiverse
This handy gadget minimizes bolt rebound, enables forward assistance, and costs less than the original one. After printing, preferably using PTEG, fill it with a dense material like lead or tungsten (I've used crushed lead shot), apply glue, and insert a small square into the hole in the back. This is where the cutout from the bolt catches the ABW, so if it wears out just rotate it. The small hole in the center allows for 1.75 filament to be used as a securing pin. The longer "leg" on its back slows down the bolt on the buffer instead of slamming it against the back plate. There's also a solid version that can be used with heavier filaments like bronzefill, printed from metal, or just used for lost PLA casting. The forward assist version is slightly longer to prevent falling off but won't work as ABW.
