This model of a Renishaw REVO head is primarily built to scale; it accurately resembles the actual device. The A axis can move just as close as in the real head, while an insert on this axis allows for the insertion of "probe tips" (currently being developed). Additionally, there's a 1/2-inch hole on the B axis for various purposes. The purpose of this model is to serve as an offline programming reference for clearance. Please note that the model is in inches and should be scaled accordingly. The gap between mechanical surfaces measures approximately 0.100". To ensure accuracy, use no more than two shell layers during printing.
