CMM fixture and fittings for X-UHF project
thingiverse
This is an inexpensive and non-millimeter wave compliant RF prototyping station. It's a straightforward ~1/4" (6.5mm) pitch CMM breadboard that can be used to attach modular circuits and link them with GSG bridges. After printing, each hole must be manually threaded with an M3 tap and then de-burred with a 6mm drill bit. I'm currently working on PCB modules in this repository https://github.com/calston/x-uhf For progress on the electronics side of things, check out my Hackaday page on https://hackaday.io/project/160574-x-uhf Update #2: * Added full 32x32 board for individuals with larger printers. Note, this will take a while to slice. Update #1: * Included a 32x32 board in four segments. Sides are keyed for a piece of 1.75mm filament off cut. * Created a bridge piece for connecting different PCB modules.
