CME X-Key Desktop Stand

Desktop "stand" for CME X-Key. Best for stacking 2 X-Keys. I wanted a way to stack 2 CME X-Key keyboards together and be able to reach from one board to the other (playing 2 with one hand) without just laying the keyboards flat on the desktop. Includes models for double stand, single stand, and joiner bracing (may not be needed). Upper keyboard is at 15 degree angle. Lower keyboard is level with desktop, but slightly raised to help stabilize the mounts for the upper keyboard. Feel free to remix and adjust for your playing style. Also can be remixed into a proper stand mount (A-frame, X-frame, Z stand, etc) I used 3 doubles and 1 single to join a X-Key 37 (lower) with a X-Key 25 (upper). The single was just to have 4 mounts under the 37 and 3 on the 25. If joining 2 37s together, use 4 doubles. Placement at or near the rubber "feet" of the keyboard. I printed with flex filament which provides desktop grip and easy fitment to the keyboards, but other filament should work fine. If using brace, flexible for the mounts may be easier to fit braces into. I designed with the idea to add bracing for more stability, but after fitting the doubles, I found it was stable enough. The bracing should help hold the mounts together if moving it around, but I just leave mine on the desktop, so I don't use bracing. Print on the side to help with strength. *-No-Brace.stl models should be used if not using braces. If using braces, adjust settings so the "holes" for the braces can be printed without support. Included is a X-Key-Profile.stl, which is what I built to form the bed of the mounts. Someone might find it useful if creating some other bed for their X-Key.
