Automatic Sun Orientation Motor for Solar Panel - Two Axis Motor Controlled by Picaxe 20x2 Microcontroller to Power Outdoor Garden Light The light's solar panel is positioned and directed by an automatic motor system that tracks the sun's movement in two axes. Four phototransistors (LDR) installed beneath the solar panel form a cross shape and help determine when sunlight is abundant or scarce, making adjustments accordingly. To prevent servos from being unnecessarily activated during idle times, weight-sensitive balancing systems maintain equilibrium within the solar panel framework. Custom cables are utilized to facilitate smooth servo connections, and ventilation columns with fluted profiles securely hold servos in place while also resisting strong wind gusts using self-contained suspension springs embedded with steel wires. An aluminum tubing system of dimensions 19.5 x 11.5 mm supports the solar panel's secure installation.
