This tool is intended to work like BMW Tool (90 88 6 215 30) for compressing the clutch slave cylinder on E36 and E36/7 vehicles.\r\n\r\nTo use this, you'll also need some specific hardware:\r\n\r\nTwo 6" long, 1/4" diameter by 20 threads per inch carriage bolts,\r\nOne 4" long, 1/4" diameter by 20 threads per inch full-thread bolt,\r\nThree 1/4" diameter by 20 threads per inch nuts.\r\n\r\nThese items should be readily available at any hardware store for a few dollars.
