New Holland Boomer 40 Clutch Alignment tool , part number 380003170, does not even exist. So I made one, this is for the 11 inch clutch SKU: MD1250066 . That clutch is also used on Montana 5740 and Mahindra, has two sets of splines, one for the clutch and one for the pto shock absorber. The smooth end goes into the flywheel pilot bearing, the small set of splines is for the pto shock absorber, this section could be 15mm shorter, that would cause the big splines to seat right up to the pto absorber. Leaving the 15mm length allows you to judge if the unit is seated fully (when the clutch disc is not installed). The excess length on the large splines serves as a handle for insertion and retraction, this could easily be 4 inches less and save on plastic and decrease print time.
