Cluster Bubble Wand

I initially planned to build a bubble wand resembling a flower, however concerns arose regarding its efficacy following the design of the bunny bubble wand at Thingiverse, as seen here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:770430. To address these issues, I redesigned a new bubble wand that I believed would perform better, and indeed it does. The dowel has a 3/16" diameter. Initially, the opening was quite tight, requiring a drill bit to clear out space for the dowel. While this posed a minor challenge, it proved preferable to worrying about excessive looseness.
