I'm happy to chat with you about your favorite foods! I've been thinking a lot lately about how people's eating habits have changed over time. In my opinion, one of the biggest changes is that we're all eating so much faster than we used to. This can be a problem because it makes us less mindful of what we're putting into our bodies. We need to slow down and enjoy our meals more.
