Here is a model Club Car Carryall 300. The .stl is at 1:18 scale but I printed my models bigger. I think 1:18 looked smaller then I wanted when I put it in my slicer, so I scaled up to 1:16.Also see my Carryall 500 version here:https://www.printables.com/model/389469-club-car-carryall-500-utv-golf-cartI included the flat bed and also the pickup type bed. You can make it with or without the canopy. To make it with a canopy use "ROP_L" and "ROP_R" (I know carryalls don't really have roll over protection, but I don't know what else to call it.) and the "Canopy" file. If you don't want the canopy use "Bar_r" and "Bar_l" which are the arm rest like things. Use either "Bed" or "Flat_Bed" depending on what you want.Print one of everything except you will want to print 4 tires, 4 rims and 4 axles. There are some alignment features for assembly, but you'll probably need some of your preferred model glue.I printed the tires with TPU and they pressed onto the rims nicely without any glue needed. The axles needed some fine filing/sanding to ensure a nice fit with the wheels rolling adequately. I put the wheels on the axles then glued the axles to the body. After applying glue, I used my 3d print pen to weld the axles securely and permanently to the body.I added a windshield to the white one that I made but that wasn't 3d printed, it was just a piece of clear plastic that I had handy. I also painted the lights and grille. If you are real fancy maybe you'll paint the dash board and emblems too.Print SettingsPrinter:Qidi Tech 1Rafts: NoSupports:YesFilament:Multiple ABS/PLA/TPU Multiple Notes: I used various materials for this project. Most notably, I used TPU for the tires. I'm not sure how well they would work with a non flexible filament. You might need to print them already on the rims.Post-Printing =============There are some alignment features for assembly, but you'll probably need some of your preferred model glue for assembly.I printed the tires with TPU and they pressed onto the rims nicely without any glue needed.
