This model is based on the injection moulder, a machine used to produce moulded objects - two of which are featured in this model: A Cavity Mould A Blow Mould Refer to the images for a diagram. The Injection Moulder contains a non-printed part: Barrel Made from acrylic tube with an outer diameter of 20mm and an inner diameter of 16mm, measuring 70mm long. Both attachments - The Blow Moulder and Injection Moulder - have two windows made of 2mm acrylic, each measuring 41mm by 51mm. The Blow Mould has a four-stage design showcasing the stages of blow moulding: Stage 1: Empty Mould Stage 2: Parison Injected Stage 3: Mould Closed Stage 4: Bottle Ejected Designed for use with a 0.4mm nozzle. A high level of post-processing work is required due to numerous overhangs and functional parts.
