Clown Fish

The clownfish is a saltwater-dwelling fish known by its other name, Anemonefish. Typically bright orange with three white stripes running along the head, middle, and tail, clownfish are also characterized by thin black lines bordering these white stripes. Closer inspection may reveal additional thin black rounded stripes at the tips of their fins. Clownfish can reach lengths between 2 to 5 inches. Notably, males tend to be much smaller than females, although various types of clownfish exhibit a range of colors from blue to yellow.
