This is a updated model that I created as a 5.6 GHz First Person Video (FPV) drone Antenna that uses 4 clover leaves. This model is more practical than my previous version, since the elements on my first version are too close to the connector body and does not have a reflector to shield against other metallic objects that are close to (and behind) the connector. This model is for a Right Hand Circularization Polarization (RHCP), meaning that the antenna responds well to a Clock-Wise (CW) rotating wave front. If one wants a Left Hand Circularization Polarization (LHCP), the model will need to have the wires rotate in the Counter-Clock-Wise (CCW) direction. I made it as simple as possible and is coupled to a standard SMA bulkhead antenna. There is a nylon insulating washer that separates the center core to the active cap that routes the wires clover leaves into the base as a return path. Wires can be soldered into place after assembly.
