Realistic 3D clouds featuring detailed shading and lighting effects are presented in OpenVDB format. These assets can be seamlessly integrated into a scene using the Vray 3.2 VolumeGrid object or FumeFX 4. Each cloud grid is individually created in Houdini 15 PyroFX. In total, there are nine distinct cloud objects in the scene that can be easily combined to generate complex and visually stunning puffy clouds. To achieve realistic results, each cloud has been designed with nuanced shading, eliminating the need for extensive post-processing or custom lighting setups. Merely merging these grid objects into a scene will produce compelling results, while users taking advantage of standard lights are encouraged to enable atmospheric shadows within their light parameters.
