Cloud Toilet Roll Holder for 3 rolls

A remix of the Cloud toilet roll holder by DTTeacherfromhell for smaller toilets, so is only 3 rolls across rather than 5. This is at the same scale as the original, although I also downscaled the X and Y to 92% in Cura, which still fitted out toilet rolls well.I used the wall pins from lau1406 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5151012 which I scaled to 90% when scaling the toilet roll holder to 92% - which seemed to work
