Clothes Rack Right-Angle Tube Bracket

This is a replacement 90-degree bracket designed specifically for the tubes on a rolling clothes rack. It was created to fit my tubes, which measured 19.2 mm in diameter, but can be scaled up or down to accommodate other tube sizes. Before printing the entire bracket, you may want to test-fit it by creating a small section first to ensure a snug friction fit. This bracket was designed using Solidworks 2016 software. The source files and STEP models are also available for download. Here are the recommended print settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Monoprice Maker Select v2 (Wanhao Duplicator i3) Additional Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm, with at least three shells Infill: 15% Notes: When printing the bracket, place it on the print bed so that the 45-degree tube opening is flat against the surface. This will eliminate the need for supports. If your printer has a moving X/Y stage, you may want to enable brims to prevent the print from toppling over.
