Clothes-Pegs

Having a batch of broken pegs, I invested several hours to lengthen the lifespan of their metal springs and persuade my wife of the benefits of a 3D printer.

Two versions are available for two distinct sizes of springs:

50-18-55: 5.0mm diameter of the spring, 18mm length of the wings, 5.5mm thickness of one half of a peg

66-17-70: 6.6mm diameter of the spring, 17mm length of the wings, 7.0mm thickness of one half of a peg

The pegs are relatively simple to print without support. UV-resistant filament (ASA) is recommended; however, PETG and ABS should also work.

Required Material:

Nothing except springs from broken pegs

History

Version 0.1.0
The initial published version, currently in use.
