Clothes peg - Clothespin

The plastic part of clothes pegs tends to break or dislodge itself after a while, but the spring remains functional. Don't throw away your clothes pegs anymore; rebuild them. I propose this structure that allows you to reuse the spring to build a new clothes pin. I've done several tests, and the results depend on the quality of the print and the filament used. I printed it with an Alfawise U20, but you can use any PLA, printer, and software you master. You can print it in layer height 0.2 or 0.1. Here are my settings: A layer height of 0.2 A 20% filling in cubic form Nozzle temperature at 205 degrees with no heating plate No support The 3D file represents a half-clothes pin, so you need two to make a full one. For two clothes pins (four files), I used 14 grams and 4.73 meters of filament, costing about 0.31 euros. It took me about half an hour per clothes pin.
