My girlfriend's clothes horse has become increasingly annoying due to loose wires that have been hanging around, mainly because it's getting old and exposed to harsh elements. While doing laundry, I found myself getting frustrated with the situation, so I decided to take action and fix it! Details ==================== - This clip is designed for use with a clothes horse featuring a 12mm diameter on the larger rod and a 3mm diameter on the smaller rod. - The design works simply by clamping the smaller rod against the larger one. Requirements ==================== 2x M5x10 screws 2x M5 nuts Notes ==================== I printed these clips with the flat side facing down on my print bed, which resulted in no issues with overhangs, so I believe most people should be able to print them in a similar way. The clips shown were printed at .16mm layers and 70mm/s speed on my Ender 3 Pro using CCTree Marble PLA. They have successfully held up a wet pair of jeans, which suggests they can handle most loads you hang from them. You may need to file down or clip off excess weld material from the ends of the smaller rods for them to fit properly into the clip.
