Fill it completely, as this will result in a sturdy fortress. The ideal material for printing is ABS or other non-brittle plastics that can withstand slight deformation. I used PLA instead due to its availability. My printer settings were 0.4mm nozzle, 0.1mm layer thickness, and a wall thickness of 1.6mm filled at 100%. The fan was set to 100% and retraction was disabled. Adhesion type is Brim, support type is from the surface, and print speed is 60mm/sec.
