My vent installation has an intentional angle downward (for effortless maintenance), which causes the exterior piece to flail in every gentle wind. This secure gasket closes off the crevice, keeping pests at bay while muffling that annoying flapping sound. I generated mine using my printer's standard settings and dimensions. Next, I sliced a rubber O-ring to match, securing it with an ultra-strong bonding agent. Finally, I fastened everything together by threading screws through the circular holes, tightening them down firmly with corresponding nuts, washers, and locking washers for maximum hold.
