Cloth shroud anchor for 203 Leavitt
prusaprinters

On the 203 Leavitt telescope, clip three of these onto the ½" rods in several places to form rings. Then use small button-head or socket-head screws (m3 x 5mm or #4 x 1/4") to attach black cloth to fully enclose the telescope. You can use extra rings of these anchors to hold the cloth out of the path of light if necessary--I did this in the top half of my scope.

If you use stretchable cloth (I used Spandex), you can still slide the resulting rings up and down the tube as necessary for balance or focal length.

Printing these is pretty forgiving, but you probably want some extra perimeters for strength or the clip-on parts may break easily. I used PLA with a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.3mm layer height, with 3 perimeters. No supports necessary.
