There is a much better version of a new design for this here: Mask Pleating Tool Version 2 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4243537 This is a tool to help pleat masks from the instructions at https://www.deaconess.com/How-to-make-a-Face-Mask There's a video showing exactly how to use this tool, just be sure to pleat in the same direction! (Unlike I did in my sample video.) I modified the tool to be a bit longer than the one shown in the video. It contains a live hinge, but to bend it properly depending on your material you may want to first heat it up just a tad before bending it in place, I passed it quickly in front of a cooking torch (like less than .5 seconds, very quick) Here's a video showing how to use this tool: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csUVccjc86I
