Cloth Mask Frame with clips
thingiverse
I created this design to prevent the cloth part of a mask from constantly tickling my face and causing more sneezing fits. I researched Rafljot's concept, then incorporated clips and a nose bridge into the design. To print this mask, you will need one nose bridge, four clips, one mask B, and one of either A or B. I used PLA with Cura settings at low quality .28 and it worked perfectly fine. When clipping the A/B pieces together, I found that it was most effective when the bed surfaces faced each other, slightly flatter than usual due to being on the print bed. This design holds a piece of fabric in place while removing the mask, but be sure to leave some extra around the edges for secure fit. Hot glue can make the fabric more permanent, but changing out the fabric is easier and makes it washable. This was my first uploaded print based on a partly modified design and I hope this helps someone else out.
