Closet Rod Holder
thingiverse
To suit my closet needs, I created an elongated variant of the standard closet rod holder using OpenSCAD. After printing it out, the product proved highly efficient. Additionally, a Heavy Duty version is also available. To assemble, print one piece for each end and insert the regular closet dowel into the other. In my case, these holders don't bear most of the weight but ensure the rod stays stable and doesn't sway. I printed mine on my MK7 with a single extra shell and 35% infill, and I might also develop a more robust "HD" version in the future.
