This insert is made to go inside your Lyriq's wireless charger dock and should fix your intermittent charging issues. The smaller versions of iPhones (and maybe Androids) sit too low and have too much wiggle room on the sides so they don't charge consistently. This will keep it centered and raised up just enough to be better aligned with the charger. I've seen it work with an iPhone 14 through 17 (Pro and regular models). The max sized iPhones don't usually have problems since they are already larger and align with the charger better. One version has a 2-7/8" opening for if you don't have a case. The other has a 3-1/8" opening for a standard sized case. Of course you can modify this as needed for your phone. The two notches are there to clear the rubber tabs that keep your phone pressed in place. So this has to be installed with the notches facing the tabs or your phone will rattle forward/backward and not charge well. It should be obvious which way to install it when you look in the charging port. PLA will warp in hot climates (which will cause the phone to not be aligned with the charger again), but might be fine in most places. I suggest PETG at a minimum.
