The standard-sized 4mm acrylic plates I used require no cutting since they are already glued together. The source of these plates is http://www.plattenzuschnitt24.de, and the total cost for all parts was approximately 35 euros. The rear section of the top lid will be covered with cloth. I have added two versions of the door to improve acoustic insulation. Door_print_assembly_AllCATPart_v2 features a 3.5mm gap between the door and the UM2's front face, accommodating a rubber seal from tesa (http://www.tesa.de/consumer/tesamoll/tesamoll_eprofil_gummidichtung,c.html). Alternatively, Door_print_assembly_AllCATPart_v2_no_gap has no gap if you prefer not to use a seal. The door handle, hinges, and corner pieces are all printed parts. For the holes, I have provided a PDF template on A3 size. Handle_v2_AllCATPart includes an additional handle that closes using filament (refer to the picture above 'Handle V2') as a substitute for a magnet to keep the door locked. UPDATE: The individual parts for each version are now available in RAR archives upon request. What you need: Acrylic sheets: - 2 pieces of 0.3x0.3m (door and cover) - 3 pieces of 0.3x0.2m (side pieces of top cover, rear covered by cloth) Printed parts: - 2 lower hinges - 1 upper hinge - 3 hinge shafts (made from 3mm filament) - 1 door handle - 2 corner front pieces for lid - 1 corner rear piece for lid - 1 corner rear piece for lid with screw holes Rest: - 2 magnets for the door - 4 door seals, each 0.3m long - 5 M3x8 countersunk screws - 3 M3 nuts
