Clone E3D V6 40 mm Fan Duct with tight fit

This is a custom fan duct designed for my E3D V6 Clone setup, which simply clips over the cooling fins for a snug fit. The tight seal supports not only its own weight but also the stock Anet A8 40 mm cooling fan's weight. I pair it with this carriage: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2099577, to optimize air flow and boost cooling performance compared to the underwhelming mini fan that came with my clone. Since no suitable solution was available on Thingiverse, I created this design to address the need for a reliable fan duct. The designs I found either didn't fit properly or restricted airflow too much. The duct was designed using Autodesk Inventor Professional 2016, and I've included the .ipt file for anyone who wants to modify it. Here are the measurements you'll need to replicate this design: - Radiator diameter: 22 mm - Space between hotend mounting cap and heater block: 31 mm (Note that I have an additional 3-4 mm of clearance on my setup) If your setup matches these dimensions, you can print and use this fan duct.
