Clockmaker - Filament Feed Guide for Enclosures
thingiverse
This is part of the larger Clockmaker project, but will work for any enclosure that you can cut a 1" hole in (e.g. a Lack enclosure). *The 2x M10 version feeds more smoothly and is recommended*. The original is if you do not have two of these connectors handy. Note that on the double M10 version you will still probably want to feed tubing in from both ends instead of straight through. Parts needed: - 1x PC4-M10 coupler - 1x PC4-M6 coupler OR - 2x PC4-M10 coupler Assembly for the original: - Screw in the PC4-M6 and the M10 connectors. - Feed in a PTFE tube through the PC4-M10 coupler until it butts firmly against the PC4-M6 on the other end. This is the internal tubing. Assembly for the M10 version: - Screw in the PC4-M10 connectors. Pliers may come in handy with the threading. - Feed PTFE in about halfway up through the bottom. This is for inside your enclosure. Then: - Feed either a short tube in the top or the tube from your dry box, etc. - Somewhere in here, slide the filament guide into the hole in your enclosure. - Feed filament through and start printing!
