The latest multicolor projects have caught my eye. Instead of merging different color filaments or using sharpies, I've opted for an old-school technique from model car kits. I printed each color as a separate part. Cupcake CNC #806 produces low-res, pixelated models. My print used green for the base, rust for the body, and white (not "natural") for the top. All filaments were sourced from 3dprinterstuff.com. The top is trial fitted before inserting it through the body into a molten hot-melt glue. Finally, the base is attached with hot-melt glue.
