Clock Face "Roman Numerals" cnc/laser

This is my second design of a clock face to share with the Thingiverse community. The standout features are full Roman numerals crafted from smocked oak, which serve as a seamless connection between an inner ring and a concentric outer ring, both precision-cut from birch plywood. I was particularly fascinated by how the serifs functioned as effective butterfly joints. The design was created using Adobe Illustrator's powerful tools. Fusion 360 played a crucial role in verifying the design by generating a realistic representation before any material was wasted. Despite this, I still managed to create a smaller version from plain birch, with beautifully stained numbers. The build process took place on a desktop CNC machine provided by Stepcraft.
