I stumbled upon Techoutreach's Full Tardis Clock and thought it deserved an upgrade. So I translated 1-12 into Gallifreyan, then created a dial model using Fusion 360. Next, I printed it with dual colors: the first 30 layers in your base color and the rest in the cap. I chose a nice dark blue from Amazon for both the base and clock faces, while the cap got a vibrant blue glow-in-the-dark PLA.
