Archaeologists unearthed a remarkable Bronze Age Rapier during an excavation at Cloburn Quarry, situated on Swaites Hill in South Lanarkshire. In their first attempt, they successfully recovered one side of the ancient sword, while photography was primarily focused on documenting its preservation rather than creating detailed photogrammetry images.
