Clober House - Carved Stone
sketchfab
A colossal stone features a human face meticulously carved into its surface, discovered nestled within the stones of a 19th-century drystone wall (situated approximately 200 meters north of Milngavie, in East Dunbartonshire, Scotland). The wall was methodically dismantled temporarily to facilitate development work and a three-dimensional model was constructed of the intricately carved stone. The face on the stone bears striking stylistic similarities to others believed to be of Iron Age origin, found at the Auld Wives Lifts on Craigmaddie Muir (https://canmore.org.uk/site/44423/craigmaddie-muir-auld-wives-lifts).
