This replacement face plate is designed specifically for Clipsal 2000 switches, allowing users to mount Philips Hue dimmer switches securely on top while still accessing existing light switches when the remote is detached, thanks to its magnetic attachment system. This type of switch is widely used in Australia. The design features ample space to accommodate either round magnets from original Hue remote holders or rectangular magnets measuring 15x6.5mm, ensuring a seamless clip-on fit. The face plate comes in two varieties: single gang and double gang models, catering to different home configurations. To achieve an optimal finish on the visible side, this part was printed with the face facing upwards before being spray painted for added protection. Notably, small circles at the corners were included for ease of printing but are intended to be removed after production, leaving a clean and finished product.
