Clips for Neon Rope Light
thingiverse
I acquired a neon rope-light for under cabinet use several months ago. However, the standard clips provided for mounting were insufficient in terms of rigidity and quantity. I was unable to locate an option to purchase additional clips. Recently, I purchased a 3D printer, which led me to realize that this issue could be resolved. After making some adjustments using Fusion 360, I came up with a solution.\r\n\r\nThe zip tie channel is .125" (3.17 mm) wide and .06" (1.53 mm) high. It fits snugly, requiring pliers to push the zip ties through. The screw holes are .200" (5.07 mm) in diameter.
