This common aluminum angle can be found at big home improvement stores. Using inexpensive 1w "star" LEDs from eBay, clips and end caps have been built for under counter lighting. These may be useful for other projects involving aluminum angle extrusion. The STL file contains eight end cap pairs; single pair versions are available upon request. Clips slide over the angle to attach it with screws or bolts. Printing with 1 additional shell and 5% infill ABS is recommended for easy use. Draft during printing may cause slight lifting, but function remains unaffected. Sekisui thermal tape holds stars to aluminum, while FLIR images show effective heat transfer.
