For many years, I used a Flow-Bee haircutting tool, but eventually, the blades got dull and they can't really be sharpened. So rather than buy a new one that would eventually suffer the same fate, I designed an attachment for my hair trimmer that lets me do essentially the same thing with other tools I already own.

I printed mine with 7 perimeter shells in PLA with 0.3mm resolution and it's been running fine for about 6 months, with no sign of trouble. Printed with the circular opening down, there's no need for supports.

Having a vacuum hose hanging off the clippers generates a fair bit of torque, so I abandoned early efforts to make this a clip-on attachment. Instead, what seems to work well is to affix the adapter to the clippers with a Velcro strap (hence the strap loops on the sides) and then keep it from twisting with a length of thick, cushy, double sided tape between the adapter and the clippers. The additional elastic on the body of the clipper is necessary in my case, because my vacuum hose has a long, aluminum tube at the end which acts as an enormous lever, but if your vacuum doesn't have that, you probably won't need the extra measure.
