The platform is heavy and has very little resin free area to grip after a print - this makes handling difficult and avoiding resin dripping everywhere… if unlucky it is dropped into the vat…</p><p>Benefits of my handle design:</p><ul><li>Has a firm grip on the build platform.</li><li>No sharp corners or edges.</li><li>Easy to to use - no extra mechanical parts.</li><li>Fits inside when the lid is closed (DO NOT print with the handle on).</li><li>Can of cause be used together with <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/5833-prusa-sl1s-speed-platform-drip-adapter">Prusa SL1/S Speed Platform Drip Adapter</a>.</li><li>Prints without support and can be used right away.</li><li>Can be used both on Prusa SL1 and SL1S Speed.</li></ul><p>See photos for usage.</p><p>The handle is designed to be printed in PETG as it takes advantage of PETG springiness and higher temperature resistance.
